Basic Information

Description
The detail and color reproduction that can be produced using digital dye is nothing short of stunning, and as the process actually dyes the fabric of the shirt there is no difference to feel of the shirt following decoration. Digital dye involves using specialized dyes and intense heat to permanently dye the fabric of the t shirt, resulting in a highly vivid full color decoration. Using digital dye photographic quality images can be produced as well as highly complex designs, featuring gradients and tones. There are however two restrictions with dye sublimation, one is that this method can only be used on white or very light pastel colored t-shirts, and the other is that the t-shirt must be made from 100% polyester.

Shirt Sizing
Our all-over print shirts fit slightly smaller then normal. We suggest that you either go one size up from your normal size or come in and try on some of our sample shirts for a proper fitting. We use Jerzees 21MR DRI-POWER® SPORT T-SHIRT, which is a unisex shirt with standard men’s sizing.

How To Order
To place an order for our digital dye shirts please click the link below to fill out our digital dye shirt order form. If you prefer you can give us a call directly to place your order at (910)769-9898. Either way we will need the following information:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Ship / Pickup
  • Mailing Address (if items are being shipped)
  • Desired Due Date
  • Print Type
  • Sizes
  • Images (any images that you would like included on the shirt)
  • Design Instructions (include any design ideas that you would like incorporated into your shirt)

Order Process
The order process typically takes 3 to 5 days.  Please provide at least a week for larger orders if possible.

  1. The first step is to place your order either using the order form below or by giving up a call at (910)769-9898.
  2. Next we will look over your order and send you a quote. If you everything looks good with the quote let us know by phone or email.
  3. Once we receive confirmation from we will send you a PayPal invoice for 50% of the total balance.
  4. Once the deposit is collected one of our designer will review your images and design ideas and give you a call if any more information is needed. You will be send a virtual sample of the shirt, so you will know exactly how it will look. If you want any additional changes made to the design let us know and we will make the required changes and resend the sample.
  5. Once you have approved the design it will be scheduled to be printed and we will contact you when it is ready for pickup and shipping.
  6. Once the remaining balance has been payed items will be shipped or can be picked up.

Print Types



Double Sided All-Over Print
The Double Sided All-Over Print cover the entire shirt.
Print Price (including shirt):    Adult - $35 (plus design fee)   Youth - $26 (plus design fee)




Double Sided All-Over / Spot Print
The “Double Sided All-Over / Spot Print” covers one entire side and a smaller 'spot' print that can fit within a 20 inch by 16 inch box on the other side.
Print Price (including shirt):    Adult - $32.50 (plus design fee)   Youth - $25 (plus design fee)




Double Sided Spot Print
The “Double Sided Spot Print” is a smaller ‘spot’ print on both the front and back of the shirt. A spot print is any print that can fit within a 20 inch by 16 inch box.
Print Price (including shirt):    Adult - $27.50 (plus design fee)   Youth - $23 (plus design fee)




Single Sided All-Over Print
The “Single Sided All-Over Print” covers one entire side of the shirt. The other side is left blank (or the original color of the shirt, which is white on our standard shirts).
Print Price (including shirt):    Adult - $25 (plus design fee)   Youth - $19 (plus design fee)




Single Sided Spot Print
The “Single Sided Spot Print” is any single print that can fit within a 20 inch by 16 inch box. The other side is left blank (or the original color of the shirt, which is white on our standard shirts).

Design Fees
The thing that separates Creators’ Print House from the rest is our eye catching and unique apparel designs. Our design team is ready and able to turn you design ideas and dreams into reality. We provide discounted apparel design fee with the purchase of apparel products. Our apparel design process is collaborative between our designers and the customer. The customer can give specific directions for the design or they can give a general direction and let our designers do the rest. Before any shirt is printed the customer will receive and must sign off on a digital proof of the design.

  • Basic Design ($15) – This fee covers most of the shirt designs we do. Combining up to 15 pictures, words and themes into a design is covered under a basic design.
  • Advanced ($25) – These designs are design that exceed 15 pictures or require advanced photo editing such as multiple cropping, color matching and logo design.
  • Hourly ($45/hr) – Any designs that are deemed to advanced and time consuming to be covered under our advanced design fee will be charged under our normal hourly design rate.

Apparel Types
Although we have standard apparel that we use for our apparel decoration process, there are a wide variety to choose from if you need something different or unique. We are partnered with some of the largest apparel manufacturers and distributors in the country giving us access to below retail pricing which we pass on to our clients. If our standard apparel items do not fit your need or you are looking for a specific piece, let us know and we can assist you in find what you need.

Expected Results
Digital dye printing is awesome, but not magic. Expect imperfections around seams and folds. Click the item names below for examples of expected results.

Single-Sided Prints will show the bare garment color on the non-printed side.
Smudges & White Streaks near edges, seams and collars are normal (pictured left).
Shifting On Press up to 2″ is normal. Prints are not able to be aligned front-to-back.
Beware of Web Images! High-quality prints require artwork that’s at least 150 dpi.
